Shoppers are using Shoplette to tell their friends what they’ve bought and where they’ve been shopping every day. A free listing on Shoplette Shops makes it easy for them to find you.

Welcome to our new Shoplette Retailer Programme, called "Shoplette Shops". On Shoplette, potential customers find out where their friends have been shopping, and discover new places to shop. They also find out about what’s available at various stores. Through Shoplette Shops, you can tell people about what's new at your shop, and potential customers will be able to tell their friends when they’ve bought something from your shop more easily. It’s easy, free and you don’t need a website of your own.

Shoplette Shops are a way for shop owners to set up a shop profile on Shoplette, post items for sale at their shop and reach more customers. Your items will appear in the "Shops" feed and your own Shop page, so shoppers can find out what's new at your shop everyday.

Any legitimate shop owner, whether you own an online shop or a physical store, can set up a shop profile just by clicking "OpenShop" at the top of the Shoplette homepage (http://www.shoplette.com). Just create a new shoplette account as a shop owner and enter your shop info, and you're all set to go. If you're already an existing Shoplette user, please create a new account for your shop. It's that easy!

Once you've signed up for a Shop account, you'll be brought to your Shop page, where you can start posting items for sale at your shop using the "Post an Item for Sale" form at the top of the page. In the form, you'll be able to enter a short title for your item, a description of your item, the currency and price, upload a photo of your item, and add any tags you want for your item. Once you're done, click "Save" and the item will appear in your Shop feed on the page. To come back and post new items for sale at any time, just click "MyShop!" at the top of the Shoplette homepage. Remember to post your items for sale only on your Shop page ("MyShop!") using the "Post an Item for Sale" form, and not using the "What I Bought" form on the Shoplette homepage. That's for users to post what they bought.

The items you post will appear in the "Shops" feed of the Shoplette homepage, where everyone can see them. When someone clicks on an item from your shop, they will see all the information you've provided about the item and where to buy it. When someone clicks on your shop name in the feed or in the item page, they will be brought to your Shop page, where they can see all the items you've posted for sale.

When that happens, the item they posted gets added to your Shop page, so that other people will know that the item is/was available at your shop. That way, Shoplette users can help to add items that they've bought to your Shop page and let their friends know what they can buy at your shop.

Right now, Shoplette Shops provides a service for shops to tell people what's available at their shop. Shoppers will have to go to your shop (or shop website) to buy what they see. We believe this will help to drive traffic to your shop. We're also working on a way for people to buy stuff directly from your shop page on Shoplette, so stay tuned for that!
